Hudson Valley Bone & Joint Surgeons, LLP in Hawthorne and Yonkers, New York, is a team of renowned and highly-trained specialists in orthopedic surgery. They are dedicated to state-of-the-art treatment of all types of injuries (particularly sports-related), including shoulder and rotator cuff disorders, total joint replacements, and upper and lower extremity injuries and medical conditions. HVBJ Surgeons use cutting-edge surgical and non-surgical advancements, including minimally invasive techniques and procedures that deliver better outcomes and faster recovery times.
HVBJ has now integrated into its practice a full service of interventional pain management, and as Monday, March 7, 2022, we welcome Rainier Ricanor, MD to the HVBJ Team! The Pain Management Department offers non-invasive treatments, including numerous intervention techniques to treat a wide variety of pain symptoms.
All of the surgeons at HVBJ are board certified, with residencies and fellowships completed at major Manhattan teaching hospitals. Their experience includes serving as Chief of Orthopedics, Chief of Hand Surgery, team physicians for the New York Rangers Hockey Club, and Expert Medical Consultant for the New York Jets Football Team.

The doctors are on staff at Phelps Hospital Northwell Health in Sleepy Hollow, New York and the Yorktown Center for Specialty Surgery in Yorktown Heights, New York.
